RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We do NOT accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations and all sales are final.

SOMETHING WRONG?

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE or INCORRECT merchandise, you must contact us at hello@starlamakesit.com within 3 days of delivery so we may address the issue. We CANNOT make an exception once you have had the merchandise for a longer period of time. Please be sure your initial email includes photos showing what you believe to be defective or incorrect.

If we agree that your merchandise is defective or that we sent the incorrect item, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as, instructions on how and where to send your package. Items must be received by Starla Makes It within 7 days of the date the return label is emailed to you.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the merchandise and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please note the following regarding inspection/refund approval:

• If items received appear to have been worn and/or have makeup, deodorant or animal hair on them, smell of cigarette smoke or fragrances, etc., they will not be accepted. We will contact you to pay to ship them back to you or we will donate them to charity after 30 days. 
• If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve accepted your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at hello@starlamakesit.com.

NOTE: Items sent back to us without first obtaining approval by Starla Makes It will NOT be accepted and we will contact you to pay the cost of shipping to return the item(s) to you or we will donate the item(s) to charity after 30 days.
